Tube and Pipe Bending, Rolling, Coiling

Tube and pipe bending, rolling, and coiling are the key methods to fabricating any tubular component or assembly. One-Way Manufacturing will create a part using one of the methods, any combination of the three methods, or all three methods.

In addition to being highly creative with tooling and process set-ups, One-Way Manufacturing produces standard or straightforward designs along with unique designs that other tube fabricators may not be willing or able to produce.

We work with a wide array of materials such as carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, Invar, Hastelloy-X, and Titanium.

Tube/Pipe Bending:

** Bending processes include manual, semi-manual, and fully automated forming with empty or mandrel methods.
Round tube sizes range from 0.049” to 3.125” outer diameter
Square and rectangular tubing up to cross sectional envelope space of 2.0” x 2.0”
Compound bends and 1D centerline radius bends up to 3.0" outer diameter.

Tube/Pipe Rolling:

** We form almost any radius bend with our proven rolling process and equipment. Round tube sizes range from 0.125” to 3.0” outer diameter. Square and rectangular tubing up to cross sectional envelope space of 2.0” x 2.0”.

Tube/Pipe Coiling:

** We coil tubing and pipes to almost any diameter and pitch you require. Round tube sizes range from 0.125” to 3.0” outer diameter
