One-Way Manufacturing, Inc. has over 40 years of combined engineering experience to assist customers with design and/or manufacturing challenges. Our engineers have a broad range of market experience, which allows us to be a valuable member of your product development team.

To ensure assemblies are built to your specification and on time, we design and fabricate our own assembly fixtures and tooling. We accept IGES or STP files to begin the tooling design phase. During the design for manufacturing phase, we consider the complete fabrication process, ergonomics of tooling and process, durability, repeatability, operator efficiency, product quality, and budgeted costs.

One-Way Manufacturing has the capability of forward and reverse engineering based on your program needs. Understanding that your program may not afford the time to fully develop detailed prints, we have the capability to accurately reverse engineer any tube assembly design you have for quick turnaround and minimal expenditure of program timing.
